Ašina (Ashina; kineski: 阿史那, suvremeni kineski: (Pinyin): āshǐnà, (Wade-Giles): a-shih-na, srednjokineski: (Guangyun) Šablon:IPA-ltc, Asen, Asena, itd.) bilo je pleme i vladajuća kuća drevnih Turaka koja je na vlast došla kada se njen poglavar Bumin Khan sredinom 6. vijeka pobunio protiv Rourana. Dinastija se podijelila na dva ogranka - jedan od Bumina, a drugi od njegovog brata Istemija; svaki je vladao svojom polovicom Gok (Nebeksih) Turaka - istočnom i zapadnom.
